The project encourages the entrepreneurship spirit of low skilled adults aged 50 and above through an innovative multimedia training course about sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. This includes àn e-book collecting the most successful training contents used all over the EU. A set of videos will be made, collecting the successful business stories, life experience and endeavour of 30 low-skilled senior entrepreneurs from 8 countries: Italy, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Switzerland and Turkey. The entrepreneurs featured in the film will serve as a source of inspiration for others, and will hopefully encourage many more to become successful senior entrepreneurs.

www.tandem-project.euProject Tandem aims to establish connection between the two most vulnerable groups in Europe: young low-level educated and older migrant people. They are affected by a number of risks: unemployment, social exclusion and isolation, but at the same time they can be mutually beneficial in acquiring transferable skills to help them overcome these difficulties. The project will motivate young people to form tandem teams with older migrants, carry out interviews and learn more about their professional and life path. The interviews will follow the EUROPASS approach, which will help them understand the meaning of "transferable competences" how they can be acquired in a non-formal environment and assessed and validated for their future professional development. The internet-based library with stories and methodological materials will be useful for teachers, trainers and counsellors working with emigrants and low skilled young people.

WBS’s website contains a wide range of self assessment exercises for those who want to find their career goal, information about the labour market, useful tips for job searching and career planning; an interactive space for discussions in which users can give advice to each other and exchange experience. The portal is moderated by a team of national career guidance counsellors who give advice to the users seeking employment.
YELL – Young Europeans Love Languages EACEA - KA2, 2008 - 2011

The project aims to promote the awareness of Bulgarian citizens about the benefits, opportunities and enjoyment of lifelong learning. The initiative is implemented includes festivals and a website– calendar of lifelong learning with up-date information about the various learning opportunities (language courses, sports activities, art classes, workshops, seminars, on-line courses, open days, discussions and conferences, outdoor activities) in 5 cities - Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo and Ruse.
Project "New employment – key skills for employment" National action plan for employment 2010
The main aim of the project is to increase the employment suitability of 1000 unemployed young people from 9 regions in Bulgaria through key skills training. They will undergo training for employment skills, adaptability towards the labor market in an economic crisis environment, attainment of entrepreneurship skills and vocational fulfillment at the labor market. The project will be implemented by BFE, the Centre for information and vocational guidance “Tiger Club” and TU "Podkrepa".

The atelier aims to help the children to learn more about themselves, about the occupations, to understand what they want to do after they graduate, to acquire skills that will help them in their career and life. The various project workshops aim to support the deinstitutionalization and development of alternative services that support the transition of at risk youth leaving the specialized institutions towards independent life, successful integration and socialization.
